Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders/products are normally dispatched on the same day that they were processed. For orders/products to be delivered to an International destination please allow us two (2) to seven (7) business days from process date for delivery.
Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order.
All orders are processed in our access-controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to insure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent breakage.

  • If your order is not available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, Head Turner will notify you by email if and when the item will be available or is out-of-stock as the case may be Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST (M-F) will be processed same day in most cases, if there is a delay we will notify you of the reason for delay.
  • When calculating delivery time, bear in mind that the day of shipment does not count as business day in transit times. For example, if your package went out on Monday you will receive your order on Wednesday. We ship order Monday thru Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm Pacific Monday-Friday will generally processed/shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific or on Saturday or Sunday will generally shipped the next business day.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to email us at sham@head-turner.com to confirm the availability of stock and the best method of shipment to get your order on scheduled date.
  • For shipment within the Philippines, we authorized LBC Express while DHL/Airborne Express and Philippine Postal Service reserve is authorized for International shipping. Note: Head Turner is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable like storms, earthquakes, flood, traffic accidents nor if the cause of the delays are negligence of the couriers we use. Our duty after the orders came out of our warehouses is to follow-up with the assigned courier and for perishable items, replacement of the actual order that has been delayed or damage.

Head Turner deliver to the Philippines are based on Philippine Standard Time and in Philippine business days. Next Day delivery means next business day. You may also call us at (632) 842-0279 or (632) 809-7207 for request on delivery dates, adjustments and other concerns.

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time.
Therefore, we reduce refunds for returns you initiate more than 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility within 45 days.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Items that are Not Returnable

Any product missing the serial number
Some Jewelry orders
“Final Sale” items
Any labeled that have had the hangtag removed.
Missing original box or case.
Damaged due to inappropriate wear or use.
Missing significant parts, links or accessories.
Other select items, as noted on the product description page.
